Today while waiting for the kids to get here for dinner, I thought I wonder around the yard and check out things. It really isn't my favorite time of the year. I just hate to see everything die off and the gardens so bare. While walking I notice a little bit of purple showing though. Here a few photo the I took of a few things that are just trying to hang around.

Today is November 10 and we hit a high of 68 degree. Now the gardens should be done, but this morning I went out and there were still a few roses that wanted to bloom. Not that this made me sad...lol. Not as beautiful as in the summer months, but still a beauty in it own right.

When you wake up and it still dark as night, it can really start the day bad!
After a shower and getting dressed this is what we had outside to view.
Now that a way to start a day! Just beautiful. The sky was on fire.

Today the grandaughters stop by and I gave them a camera and set them lose in the yard. Here are a few of the shots they came up with.

Yesterday I spend the day in Philly, as dear Hubby was having a Cerebral Angiogram done at at Jefferson Hospital. Now the day started at 4:30 am and ended at 7:30 pm when we got home. While I sat and walk and waited I play with my new camera and try to find out how everything works on it. Well I know a little more now, not a lot but a little more!
