This weekend we had a birthday party for the 2 of our granddaughters and while they want to go to the park to play I thought it would be fun to do something different....So off we went with paper and crayolas in hand and went to do a few graveyard etching!
Well if you thought 3 little girls couldn't have more fun, you are wrong. Here are a few pictures to show it.
Have to say that this graveyard and church has been there since George Washington has cross Delaward and he camp here.

I thought I would add a few more pictures tonight. Here a the new visitors to the yard. When I had a pond never could get the ducks here, now that the pond is gone they are here everyday!

Last weekend we spend the day at River Shark game, Campbell stadium for our granddaughter birthday party. I thought it was a get time to get a few pictures of the area...Camden, N.J. The kids had a great time at the play dome

Tonight I have done a few things around the yard and it time to wind down for the evening. I find doing the blog help.
I will try a few Hawk pictures tonight. We have 2 hawk that visit the yard and I have to tell you they are big! They are Cooper hawks...Enjoy

This hawk was happy when he got his dinner, but not when I came into the yard! So it was back in the house and pictures though the window.

Yes it is two different hawks.

I am slowly learning how to do this Blog thing!

Here are a few picture of the before and after with the pond. The ponds was there for about 9 year and had Koi that grew to 22 inch and weight about 8 lbs.
Now we just need to get some grass to grow, but of course I have a few more ideas.

Last year we had to take out our pond and it was a good size 16 ft across, 3 1/2 ft deep. That left us with a nice hole in the yard. So I have been working on it for the past two months. It is done and I just have to wait for all the flowers to bloom! Here are a few pictures of some of the flowers from the other gardens that have started to bloom. I try and garden for the birds and butterfly's.
Hope you enjoy
